Peace

Memories. Just sheer memories. Moments of peace captured in still time. I was free. I crave for it again. This was not photoshopped nor was it taken from some website. I took it myself.

Borobudur, the ancient ruin of Central Java. The early morning breeze settles in your soul as you try to grapple with the fact that it is true. Life out of Singapore truly calms the mind. I looked around and found no tall buildings in sight. Peace. Everything around me was natural. The lushious greenery and the carvings on of the mountain on the skyline. Visual therapy I call it. I am truly in need of one right now. Anything. Anything that pleases my eyes for a short moment will do also. Hopefully, the Jakarta gig will happen and I could return back the to the city of opportunity. That's what they locals there call it. Oh well, I really want it to happen.

Been feeling a little uptight lately but I never fail to suppress these negative emotions. As what a friend of mine said, nowadays, people have really high IQ but amazingly low EQ. They do not know what is basic coutesy and how to interact appropriately with different people in different situations. I witnessed one today but hey, unless someone tell the person off, he would not know that he is actually one bloody disrespectful individual. Sometimes, you can't splash water on someone's face to wake him up. You just got to throw in the kitchen sink as well.

I have to sleep now. Meeting my students tomorrow morning. Missing them already. I know they didn't miss me. They just want to avoid my composition as long as they can. Lol.

thanks
