Coffee with the swans

Drinking coffee in TWC class. Its amazing how scent and taste could invoke past memories that you thought would never surfaced again. I remembered the time where i used to be in Statistics class. It was damn dry i tell ya. it is still vivid in my head.

8.40am: Reach class. Put my bag. Smiled at the prof and sit VERY close to the door. Listened to the class.
9:00am: Still listening...
9.05am: Left my stuff in class and pretended that i need to go the loo.
9.06am: Left for breakfast!!! woohoo!!! Food Haven here i come!
9.15am: Coffee and raisin bread in a plastic bag as i head towards the Botanical Gardens from Haven. I sat at the wooden bench that was facing the beautiful pond with the rays of the sun glistening on the surface. they look like pearls glowing from the bottom of the pond. nothing could replace that experienced. to those who didnt take advantage of what we had, you missed something valuable that the old Bukit Timah campus had.
11.30am: Return to class and sit as if i was paying attention.
12.00noon: Class ends! yay!!!

i passed my Stats because i said i would. i studied on my own with the help of my friend. sometimes, i do certain things because the the prof just aint facilitating my progress. feels as if i'm wasting my time. might as well stare at some swans and learn from them. how to float perhaps. haha. love SMU and will always do. life is short. dont waste it and if you think you've wasted life, then dont live in the first place because that mentality is just so wrong. every time spent, there is always a lesson learnt. find it.
