Sleeping Giants

i just woke up from my customary nap in SMU. today was my first and more to come i'm sure.

i just dreamt. everybody was crying at the dining table except me. all your friends did because they knew you were leaving. instead of crying, somebody passed me the mike and i told everybody to cheer up. i spoke these words which are still fresh in my mind.

"lets not cry because we shouldn't be sadden by a departrue. instead we should rejoice for the opportunity of others to experience the warmth, concern and care that she is able to give to others." before i could extend, i was stopped and lay awake. i looked at the clock, 7:40pm. how i wish i could extend. just one more sentence would suffice. she is a treasure indeed. take care.
